IMPLEMENTATION OF THE POLICY ON SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE AGED OF RAIKAO SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZATION , SAM ROI YOT DISTRICT PRACHUAP KHIRI KHAN PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aimed to verify the implementation of the policy on social welfare for the aged of RaiKao Subdistrict Administration Organizative, Sam RoiYot district Prachuap Khiri Khan province and to study the correlations among affecting factors of aged welfare policy implementation and the successes of the policy. This was survey quantitative research, the sample of population were 265 aged residents of scenic areas. A questionnaire was applied as a data gathering tools. Descriptive statistics; mean standard deviation and percentage were used as analytical means, based on Pearson’s correlation. Stepwise Multiple Regression were applied as hypothesis testing means. The findings were that : there were positive correlation among affecting factors and the successes of aged welfare policy implementation; and demographic factors and affecting factors could explain the successes of policy implementation at 33.5 percent.
