THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PUBLIC SERVICE ACCORDING TO THE GOOD GOVERNANCE PRINCIPLES BY KHAO CHAO SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, PRAN BURI DISTRICT, PRACHUAP KHIRI KHAN PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) explain effectiveness of public service according to the good governance principles. ( 2) compare the effectiveness of public service verified by demographic factors ( 3) explain correlation among critical successes factors with the effectiveness of public service according to the good governance principles. This research adopted quantitative approach. The sample were 345 residents of Khao Chao Subdistrict. Questionnaires were used as data gathering tools, analytical statisticswere percentages, mean, standard deviation and t- test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Perrson’s R. The findings were as follows 1) The effectiveness of providing in services according to good governance principles was high level. 2) There were not statistical difference toward effectiveness of public service according to good governance principles, And 3) there was a significant correlation among critical factors with an effectivenessat 05 level.
