THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MASS-RELATIONS SERVICES BY HUA HIN DISTRICT POLICE STATION PRACHUAP KHIRI KHAN PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this study were ; to assess the effectiveness of the massrelations services by Hua Hin District Police Station, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province; to compare the opinions of the sample group by demographics on the effectiveness of the mass-relations services;to explain the relationship between success factors and the effectiveness of the mass-relations services by Hua Hin District Police Station. This study employed a quantitative survey design. Data were collected through questionnaires. The sample included 395 residents of Hua Hin District. The data were analyzed in percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as by using inferential statistics including t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation. Results revealed that the effectiveness of the mass-relations services by Hua Hin District Police Station was at a high level ; the opinions of the sample group by demographics on the effectiveness of the mass-relations services were different at the .05 significance level, and ; the success factors were correlated with the effectiveness of the mass-relations services by Hua Hin District Police Station at the .01 significance level.
