dc.description.abstractThe objectives were to; assess the administration of the procurement and the hiring of the consultants of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Energy; and explain the relationships between the factors influencing on the administration of the procurement and the hiring of the consultants of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Energy. This quantitative study employed a questionnaire to collect the data. The sample included 243 government officials and government employees. The obtain data were statistically analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and chi-square. Results revealed that; the administration of the procurement and the hiring of the consultants were implemented successfully and reached the targets; and the administration factors regarding planning and budgeting affected the procurement and the hiring of the consultants.en_US
