ACHIEVEMENT MODEL OF POLICY IMPLEMENTATION ON HOUSING PROJECTS FOR THE LOW INCOME EARNERS PRACHUABKIRIKHAN PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aimed to study the successes of policy implementation on Housing Projects for the Low income earners; compare attitudes of respondents toward successes of policy implementation verified by demographic factors; study the correlation among critical successes factors with successes of policy implementation and achievement model of the policy implementation. This was sequential mixed research. Document analysis and non-participation observation. In depth interview was done with the key informants. Interpretation and content analysis were used for data analysis. Questionnaires were used as a data collection tool. Samples were 500 Low income earners in Prachuabkirikhan province. Descriptive and Inferential statistics were used as analytical means. The finding were as follows; successes of the policy implementation were at a high level; there were significant difference among attitudes of respondents toward successes of policy implementation; there was a positive significant correlation among critical successes factors with successes of the policy implementation at.05 statistical level and forecast successes the of Policy implementation at 74.5 percent and; the achievement model of policy implementation of monthly earners, standard and objectives, intercommunication and enforcement activities, characteristics of the implementing agencies, leadership, funding resources, quality of product and marketing.
