Design of Team-based Learning in a Flipped Classroom with Enhancement of Creativity for Higher Education Students
Abstract
The objectives of the study are to Design of Team-based Learning in a Flipped
Classroom with Enhancement of Creativity for Higher Education Students, to compare creative
abilities of students studying in flipped classroom by focusing on team based learning with
normal classroom, to compare learning outcomes of students before and after studying in
flipped classroom by focusing on team based learning, and to promote creative abilities of
undergraduate students by using Experimental research from 35 samplings.
The results of the research were as followed:
1. Suitasbility assessment of flipped classroom by focusing on team based learning to
promote creative abilities of undergraduate students found that the experts agreed that the
overall level is appropriate at high level. ( = 4.41, S.D.=0.72)
2. To compare learning outcomes of students before and after studying in flipped
classroom by focusing on team based learning; the outcome of studying in flipped classroom by
focusing on team based learning compared to normal classroom found that it is different or
related. It showed that to study in flipped classroom by focusing on team based learning made
students study better than using normal classroom and the outcome of them is higher with
statistical significance at .05.
3. To compare the outcome before and after studying in flipped classroom by focusing
on team based learning, to promote creative abilities of undergraduate students; students who
studied in flipped classroom by focusing on team based learning gained more creative abilities
compared to before learning with statistical significance at .05.
