dc.description.abstractThis research aims to study and develop the model of learning environments Web-based Learning Based on the sufficiency economy philosophy to toward Ethical Mind of youth in Thailand. Four phases of conducting research have been carried out (1) study to need assessment of format and content of Model of learning environments Web-based Learning Based on the sufficiency economy philosophy to toward Ethical Mind of youth in Thailand, (2) develop the model of learning environments Web-based Learning Based on the sufficiency economy philosophy to toward Ethical Mind of youth in Thailand, (3) trial of the model and (4) the improvement and revision of the model. The sample of this study involves 190 participants based on the period of research. The first phase included 102 youth in Thailand and 8 teacher. The second phase included 15 specialists to express their opinions towards model’s components and 5 experts to evaluation of model and third phase included 30 youth in Thailand have utilized the courseware. The research instruments used for data collection consisted of (1) Model of learning environments Web-based Learning Based on the sufficiency economy philosophy to toward Ethical Mind of youth in Thailand (2) a need assessment questionnaire (3) a need assessment questionnaire of content of e-learning rice farming system (4) a questionnaire of the specialist opinions and (5) an assessment of model. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The findings revealed as follows : 1. Model of learning environments Web-based Learning Based on the sufficiency economy philosophy to toward Ethical Mind of youth in Thailand comprised context : analysis of learners , analysis instructor and analysis of elearning system. Three input factors : (1) philosophy, vision (2) curriculum (3) learning management system. Four processes : (1) production of courseware (2) knowledge transfer (3) learning through LMS (4) evaluation. Output were new generation farmers with cognitive domain, psychomotor domain and affective domain. One feedback system. Model of learning environments Web-based Learning Based on the sufficiency economy philosophy to toward Ethical Mind of youth in Thailand assessed by the experts revealed that the model’s components are proper. The systems of the model were suitable, worth, useful and meets the needs of youth in Thailand. 2. The results of implementation a model of experimental group who learned using courseware showed that the samples had learning progress at 85.09 percent.en_US
