dc.description.abstract | This research was about annual budget allocation of Huay Sai Nua Subdistrict
Organization in Cha-am District Phetchaburi Province. The objective were to: 1) study annual
budget allocation, 2) compare annual budget allocation according to the opinions of the
personnel with different personal factors, and 3) find out the guidelines for developing
the annual budget allocation.
Research methods were divided into 2 types. For quantitative research the data
were collected by questionnaires.
The population were Huay Sai Nua Subdistrict residents.
For qualitative research the interviews of 4 persons were used Sample size was calculated
by using Yamane with conclusion at the number of 309 persons.
The findings were as follows; first, The Huay Sai Nua had 4 steps in budget
allocation – preparation. secondly, the people with differences in sexes, occupations,
monthly incomes, levels of education, had different opinions toward budget allocation.
The people with difference in ages had no different opinions on budget allocation
thirdly, It was found that co-operations from all parties were crucial for development of
budget allocation approaches. | en_US |
