| dc.description.abstract | This research aimed (1) to cultivate the Effectiveness of the Regional Administration
of the village headmen in Salalai , Samroiyod District , Prachuapkhirikhan Province.
and (2) to compare effectiveness of the regional administration of those village
headmen by demographic characters.
This research adopted a quantitative method. The data were collected by
questionnaire from the sample residence of 379 people and analyzed data with
computer by use percentage, average , standard deviation and compare difference by
using experiment T-test for experimental hypothesis.
The results showed that 1) Effectiveness of the Regional Administration of the
village headmen was hight and 2) No differences in age , gender and monthly income
on the attitude of the population for effectiveness of the regional administration of the
