| dc.description.abstract | This research aimed to (1) study the effectiveness of community development
by Tubtai Sub-district Administration Organization, 2) compare the effectiveness of
community by means of demographic factors; Sex, Age, Educational levels, monthly
income, village commissioner duration.
This was survey quantitative approach, population were resident of TabTai
Administration Organization. Sample sired was calculation by Yamane. Concepts at
numbers of 387 persons. Accidental and stratified sampling mean were used for
sampling. Questionnaire were data gathering tool. Descriptive statistics were
percentages, means, standard duration. Inferential statistics were T-Test and One
way ANOVA.
The research foud that 1) Tubtai Sub-district Administration Organization was
effective in sanitary development, infrastructure development, socio-economic
development, 2) demographic factors did not affect the opinion of people towards the
