Organization Development towards High Performance: A Case Study of Phetchaburi Provincial Office of Buddhism
Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study organization development towards high
performance: by using case study of Petchaburi Provincial Office of Buddhism, 2) study a
correlation among affecting factors for organization development and performance of the
organization, and 3) explore the predictability of the success of the organization
development.
This was Quantitative research, questionnaires were used as data gathering tools.,
population were A monk and novice reside in Petchaburi Provincial temple sample sized
calculated by Yamane concepts 357 monks and novices. Descriptive Statistics; frequency
distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. Inferential Statistics;
Pearson Correlation coefficient and multiple regression stepwise were used as hypothesis
testing means.
The findings were as follows: 1) status, leadership, service mind, human resource
development and organization were important factors for development towards high
performance; 2) there was a significant correlation between affecting factors of
organization development and the capabilities and performance; and 3) predictability of
the success of the organization development was moderate.
