The Factors Affecting the Successful Implementation of the Disaster Assistance Policy of the Sub-District Administration Organizations in SamutSongkram

Abstract

The research aimed to (1) study affecting factors of successful implementation disaster policy implementation Samut Songkram Sub-District organization. (2) to study correlation among affecting factors of helping disaster victims with the successes of policy implementation (3) to predict the success of policy implementation. The study employed quantitative research, Population were personnel at SubDistrict Administration Organization, Questionnaires were used for data collection. Descriptive statistics were percentages means, standard duration. Inferential Statistical were Pearson’s and multiple regression. The findings were as follows; 1) The success of policy implementation came from effective performance, X= 4.26), effecting factors were, standardization and objective factors was high level ( there personnel, and the quality of personnel ( X= 4.04), performance of administration at moderate level ( X= 4.00), personal qualification at moderate level ( = 3.30) consecutively. 2) There was significant correlation between affecting factors and the success of policy implementation. 3) The effecting factors could be used to explain the successes of, the policy implementation,
