dc.description.abstract | This research aimed to study 1) management effectiveness of the Social
Insurance Office, Samut Sakorn, 2) relation between management factors and
effectiveness, and 3) predictability of the management effectiveness.
This was a quantitative research. Questionnaires were used as data gathering
tools and population were executives and officers attached to Social Insurance Office,
Samut Sakorn. Sample size calculated by Yamane concepts at number of 137 persons.
Descriptive statistics, frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard
deviation, Inferential Statistics, Pearson Correlation coefficient and multiple regression
stepwise were used as Hypothesis testing means.
The research found that 1) the Social Insurance Office, Samut Sakorn had an
effective management; 2) management factors had relation with effectiveness; and
3) management effectiveness could be explained and predicted at 30.6 percent. | en_US |
