dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to 1) verify the successes of migrant work management policy implementation. 2) Explored affecting factors of migrant workers management policy implementation. This research used a quantitative method, The populations were 180 officers attached to the Bureau of Employment, 1 – 10 Bangkok. Descriptive statistics, percentages and standard deviation, and inferential statistic was Pearson (2) , s coefficient were used. Pearson. The findings were as follows, 1) The successes of migrant workers management policy implementation were high level. 2) The affecting factors were correlated with the successes of migrant workers management policy implementation at statistical significance .01.en_US
