Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) About Napansam subdistrict administrative organization covering 2) Its role in enhancing the community enterprise, and Comparison of personal factors in supporting the community enterprise. This research adopted a qualitative method. The samples used in the study were 361 residents. The questionnaires were used before analysis basing on percentage mean, standard deviation one-way analysis of variance if differences were found and tested in pairs, by means of LSD. The research revealed that: 1. In each issue the planning roles of the subdistrict administrative organization in supporting community enter prise were accepted very high, followed by operational, regulating and improvement issues respectively: 2. In comparison on personal factors, it was found that individual factors such as gender, age, incomes had on difference in attitudes to wards supporting the development of community enterprise – Petchaburi desserts of Petchaburi province.
