The purposes of this research are 1) To study the rules, regulations, And&#13;
facilities standards  for the elders and disabled persons 2) To study current conditions &#13;
for facilities for the elders and disabled persons 3) To interview for opinions,&#13;
suggestions on facilities for the elders and disabled persons of the hotels 4) To study&#13;
guidelines for Hotel Facilities development to Accommodate Disabled persons and&#13;
Elders of Hotels in Hua-Hin district, To enhance the tourists facilities.&#13;
 The mixed method both quantitative and qualitative research by using &#13;
questionnaires, survey and interview form. The statistics values are the descriptive&#13;
statistics,  Frequency , percentage, mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum&#13;
values.&#13;
 The finding of the research were found as following ; &#13;
1) The 1-5 star hotels should  develop hotel facilities following the Hotel&#13;
facilities standard requirements, Including raising awareness among employees. &#13;
2) The Management team should promote and Support the hotel to&#13;
Understand, the benefits and How important is the development of hotel facilities for&#13;
the elders and the disabled persons. &#13;
3) Local government agencies should improve basic facilities.  To be in line with&#13;
the needs of the elders and disabled travelers.

The objectives of this research are to survey and evaluate the potential of&#13;
tourism resources, develop, examine and evaluate the Model of Community-based&#13;
Tourism (CBT) based on Local Wisdom and Sufficiency Economic using the Qualitative&#13;
and Quantitative Research method of Participatory Action Research (PAR) which is&#13;
divided into 3 parts of the study. Part 1 is Survey Research that searching for general&#13;
information of the study area and choosing for the pilot studied-community while &#13;
Part 2 is Research and Development that searching for tourist activities and create&#13;
touring routes and Part 3 is Evaluation Research that examining the efficiency and&#13;
suitability of the Model. After that, satisfaction of the Local leaders on the Model are&#13;
evaluated and conclude the study by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard&#13;
deviation, minimum and maximum for analyzing all data of the CBT Management Model&#13;
based on Local Wisdom and Sufficiency Economic in Talaad Kao Pranburi Community&#13;
Study in finally.&#13;
The study result shows that CBT resources of Talaad Kao Pranburi have enough&#13;
potential for supporting the CBT management because of their diversity and suitability.&#13;
The interesting tourist activities and CBT touring routes connecting to the inner and outer&#13;
community’s tourist attractions can be used for forming The Community-based Tourism&#13;
Management Model based on Local Wisdom and Sufficiency Economic in Talaad Kao&#13;
Pranburi Community. The Model consists of 9 essential elements of (1) Local tourism&#13;
attractions, (2) Outer connecting tourism attractions, (3) Diversity of local tourist activities,&#13;
(4) Local Experts for tour guiding and interpretation, (5) Local CBT group members’ &#13;
co-operation, (6) Knowledge from local experience and training, (7) Neighbor tourist&#13;
attractions network, (8) Talaad Kao Pranburi conservation club and (9) Local wisdoms and&#13;
Sufficiency Economic concept. After examine and analyze the Model, it is found that &#13;
the Model is in high flexibility and lacked of some efficiency in management. The&#13;
Model has its own specific tourism characteristic which reflecting the high sufficiency&#13;
but using not much of local wisdom. Finally, the Model was confirmed by CBT, Local &#13;
wisdom and Sufficiency Economic Experts in high level (xˉ = 3.87) and Local Leaders&#13;
expressed their satisfaction to the Model in high level also (xˉ = 4.12).

The objective of this research is for developing the knowledge management&#13;
(KM) model on local wisdom for community-based tourism (CBT) in Prachuabkirikhan&#13;
province. 3 research problems are 1) what is the component and process of KM?&#13;
2) is KM process related to TUNA model? and 3) how the local manages KM? Population&#13;
is Karen tribal group in Pamark village, Salalai, Samroiyod, Prachuabkirikhan province and&#13;
30 wise men are willing specific chosen to be the sampling group. Qualitative&#13;
participatory action research (PAR) is used for 1) studing local socio-cultural and natural&#13;
context 2) developing KM model and 3) evaluating and assuring KM model. After that,&#13;
semi-structured interview and questionnaire are used for collecting all information and&#13;
related data to KM process and analyzed it with mean and percentage. Its result is: the&#13;
KM model is emphasized in experience telling, learning deliberation and note taking.&#13;
Friendly informal conversation is important together with knowledge worker and&#13;
facililator are the main human factors approaching the succession of KM. Managing&#13;
pattern and personal role are improved in flexible KM that enhances the local make a&#13;
plan to establish Culture center and mixed learning route in their village by using local&#13;
wisdom as the attractions. KM process of the local is considerably related to TUNA&#13;
model and the experts agree with this model in very high level at 4.25 because it shows&#13;
cleary steped, conecting and continuously management that is suited for using in high&#13;
level at 3.67 while the KM satisfaction of the participants is also high at 4.40

This research used the process of the quantitative and qualitative&#13;
approaches, their are 4 aims of the research. 1) To studied the grew process of the&#13;
native rice. 2) To knew the product of the native rice. 3) To studied about the&#13;
acceptation of the costumer to the native rice. 4) To studied the expanded of the rice&#13;
grow area of the native rice of the agriculturist’s group. The research founded: their are&#13;
6 process to grow the native rice of the agriculturist’s group tumbon Rai Khoa Amphur&#13;
SamRoiYod Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. 1.Prepared the land to grow the rice. 2.&#13;
Prepared the seeds of the rice. 3. Look after the rice while it growing. 4. Collected the&#13;
rice’s seeds. 5. Take care the rice’s seeds after collected. 6. Sell the product. The&#13;
product of the Dok Pa Yom rice paddy are 35 kgs , and the Sung Hyod rice paddy are&#13;
600 kgs / rai .Most of the consumer in the Prachuap Khiri Khan Province that prefer the&#13;
Sung Hyod is women, 293 people in the ration of 62.2 between the age of 36-60 years&#13;
old 177 people in the ration of 46.1. the amount of the bachelor’s degree is 177&#13;
people in the ration of 30.5 Occupation agriculturist, government service and&#13;
stateenterprises/private., have the average amount is 128 people in the ration of 33.3.&#13;
The amount of the people who have salary between 10,001-15,000 bath, is 128 people&#13;
in the ration of 33.3. Consume Sung Hyod 1time 147 people in the ration of 38.3 , have&#13;
given the confess about the over all image of the Sung Hyod rice that the rice are in&#13;
the best level. ( x = 4.28) consider about the in come found out that in the best levelas well, average ( x = 4.55), secondly about the tests ( x = 4.36), and the package (&#13;
x = 4.20), about the quality of the sense ( x = 4.17) and and about the quality of&#13;
physical ( x = 4.15) respectively. All of the agriculturist want to expand their area to&#13;
grow the Sung Hyod rice, the total area is 50 rai. And their are 10 more pool the&#13;
became the member of this project in the learning canter. But about the Dok Pa Yom&#13;
rice; we don’t have enough seed to grow.&#13;
The population in this research are the agriculturist tumbon Rai Khoa Amphur&#13;
SamRoiYod Prachuap Khiri Khan Province and the staffs. The staffs the relate to this&#13;
research have 10 people is agriculturist tumbon Rai Khoa Amphur SamRoiYod 1 people,&#13;
mayor of the tomboy Rai Khao 1 people and the member of the municipality 2 people&#13;
the total is 14 people also all of them are sample group. And studied about how&#13;
people accept about the receive the costumer that consume the Sung Hyod rice in&#13;
Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. Decide the sample group by unknown population is 348&#13;
people, by Stratified Random Sampling. The level of the gear that use to test is 5 gear&#13;
quality check ( IOC ), and have an experiment with the group of people that similar to&#13;
the sample group 30 people. The confident level is .906 and analyze the data by the&#13;
computer program to find the frequency also the ration of the characteristic of people.&#13;
To find the average and avoid the standard of acceptation of the costumer to the Sung&#13;
Hyod rice, is the compose of : 1. Physical quality.&#13;
2. Sense quality.3. Packages.4. Teste. and 5. Overall image acceptation.
