http://localhost:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/42 2026-04-12T23:47:06Z http://localhost:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/1250 Design and development of academic article review system at Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin ฤทธิชัย จันทร์ทอง; ญานิศา โพธิ์ไพชยนต์ จากการจัดงานประชุมวิชาการวิชาการระดับชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลรัตนโกสินทร์ ครั้งที่ 1 และครั้งที่ 2 ที่ผ่านมาทางผู้จัดงานยังไม่ได้มีนำเอาระบบสารสนเทศมาใช้ ในการเปิดรับบทความทาง วิชาการส่งผลให้การบริหารจัดการต่างๆ ล่าช้า และเกิดความซ้ำซ้อนของข้อมูลค่อนข้างมาก ผู้วิจัยเห็นว่าใน ปี 2561 ทางผู้จัดงานได้มีการเพิ่มสาขาของบทความมากขึ้นถึง 21 สาขา หากได้มีการนำระบบสารสนเทศมาใช้ใน การเปิดรับบทความ และการบริหารจัดการในกระบวนการต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียนการส่ง บทความ การตอบรับบทความ การชำระเงิน และการรายงานผลต่างๆ จะสามารถช่วยลดข้อผิดพลาดของข้อมูล และระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยนักวิจัยได้ใช้กระบวนการพัฒนาตามทฤษฎีวงจรการพัฒนาระบบ (System Development Life Cycle: SDLC) กระบวนการทางความคิดเพื่อแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในการทำงานช่วยให้ผู้พัฒนาระบบสามารถ ดำเนินการได้อย่างมีแนวทางและเป็นขั้นตอนที่ได้วางแผนไว้ ผลการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศครั้ง พบว่าการประเมินผลประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นว่าในส่วนของ ระบบทั้ง 3 ส่วนประกอบไปด้วย 1. เจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลระบบ (admin) 2. ผู้ลงทะเบียนบทความ (user) และ 3. การแจ้งข่าวสารประชาสัมพันธ์ (wordpress) ความเหมาะสม ในด้านของการนำเข้าข้อมูลใช้งานง่าย มีความรวดเร็ว มีรายละเอียดครบถ้วน การวางตำแหน่งรูปภาพข้อความมีความเหมาะสม 2018-01-01T00:00:00Z http://localhost:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/1234 Study and development of online evaluation system through smartphone & computer of projects held at Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin Naress Singkramkett; Mongkol Fongsri; Jaruwat Jitthasatien The objective of this research is to study and develop of the project's evaluation system held in Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin in area of Online Platform via smartphones and personal computers. This research aims to design the project's evaluation system by using the information system to surway the satisfaction of the participants in area of the academic services to the society even before and after service. The samples were the online satisfaction's test from the participants of the Cooperative Education Workshop, "Cooperative Education Supervisor Program" in amount of 30 people and including from the paper satisfaction's test from the participants in amount of 30 people. The result from the online satisfaction evaluation system test from the project that held in Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin showed that the average level of system satisfaction equal to 4.53 and standard deviations is 0.87. And the general user satisfaction evaluation results has average is 4.43 standard deviations equal to 0.83. According to the assessors in both groups can be concluded that the online evaluation system makes the samples more comfortable. Be able to use the evaluation system and more convenient and more easy to access. Be able to process averages in each categories instantly. The study divided the re s e a rc h into two parts : The first part was contextual study and re s e a r c h documents. The second part was to study the possibility of the trends of the strategic development by using Futures R e s e a r c h method with Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research technique. The research findings show that t h e t r e n d s o f s t r a t e g ic d e v e l o p m e n t o f Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin for the next 10 years include 1 ) policy formulation, goal setting and organizational supervision. The policy formulation must take the university’ s context, community and establishment into consideration, correspond with the needs of its personnel and connect with related organizations. The policy formulation must involve every stakeholder and must be able to translate into goals through various channels to allow everyone to see the same big picture. Also, there needs to be a performance evaluation by using a standard supervising and monitoring process 2 ) the holistic student development and production. The university must produce graduates to be well-rounded and moral having both professional and life skills in order to be needed by the labor market. The students must be produced to be competitive practitioners equipped with skills in language and innovative technology 3) Curriculum development. The curriculum must be developed by all university stakeholders. Also, it should be diverse enough to meet the need of the learners e. g. a course for elders, short certificate career course or an international one. Every curriculum must have a clear goal to produce practical graduates 4) Research development and creativity. The research should be focused on development for innovation, industry and income generation. Also, there should be a focus on creativity because creative work is individualized and , therefore, difficult to copy 5) Faculty and staff development. There should be a framework and guideline for human resource development both for a short term and long term to be connected with the university’ s strategic development plan. That is, all personnel must develop themselves to be multi-tasking 6) Establishing academic networks consists of university development network, personnel development network, student development network, curriculum development network and cooperation networks with domestic and international universities. 7 ) Good governance requires effective policy, policy implementation and being good example for the society, The management should employ information technology to achieve maximum effectiveness. 2018-01-01T00:00:00Z http://localhost:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/1157 The implemented guidelines of educational qualification criteria for excellent operations of Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin Kullaphat Kulchartdilok; Methichon Pratchayangkoon This research reports on “ The implemented guidelines of educational qualification criteria for excellent operations of Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin” with these objectives ( 1) To study readiness for the implementation of educational quality criteria for excellent operation of Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin ( 2) To study the operational guidelines according to Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education for excellent operation of university to carry out all criteria used for the implemented guidelines for Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin Research tools in this research is conducted from reviewing literatures, textbooks, documents for the basic information of Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin and other universities with the implementation of qualification framework in educational criteria for excellence ( collecting Mahidol University as sample) by interviewing and collecting questionnaires. The results showed that 1. The readiness of operations according to the educational quality criteria for excellent operation of Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin has found that the university operation can be able to respond to the basic requirements of all topics. There are guidelines to lead for implementation process; however, some categories or topics are evaluated and adjusted for important process improvements. The most readily available category from the opinion survey is the strategic category with an average of 3.94 representing 78.80 percent in medium readiness level. 2. The implemented guidelines for operation according to educational qualification criteria for excellent operation ( collecting Mahidol University as sample) has found that each categorized operation was performed using the PDCA cycle (Deming Cycle). Learning at the organization level and creating innovations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of important processes in each category, there will be executives who play very important role and use information systems to link various data by important operational guidelines. The university should adopt as a guideline like the implementation of policy with the obvious strategy, and periodic monitoring of operations by the management level by using information systems to analyze or process data and using the PDCA cycle ( Deming Cycle) to operate, determine the operation plan, specify implementation, run assessment and improvement 2019-01-01T00:00:00Z
