The purposes of this study are 1) to study the current conditions to set the annual
action plan of South-East Asia university and 2) to obtain the guidance and suggestions for setting
the annual action plan of South-East Asia university. and the population data were collected from
the 38 staffs of South-East Asia university. The results of this research found that for each step of
annual action plan process of South-East Asia university, the planning staffs have strongly agreed
with current conditions in all of each step of annual action plan process including preparation,
current conditions and problem analysis, annual action plan For overview of plan process, the
planning staffs have strongly agreed with current conditions in overall annual action plan process
of South-East Asia university. The suggestion of the annual action plan process of South-East Asia
university can be concluded that the problems of annual action plan operation are caused by
budgets administrators’ policies and the planning staffs.
Thus it is necessary to study additional the SWOT analysis of the impact factors of Southast Asia
university and the administrators’ policies must be clarified.
