Using videos of reviews product for Sisal Group website at Phetchaburi Province

This research aims to 1) to produce the videos for reviews products of the sisal group website at Phetchaburi province. 2) to evaluate the satisfaction of users of the website. The instrument used in the research the website, satisfaction questionnaire. The sample population was 400 internet users, derived through simple random sampling technique. The statistics used for analyzed data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results showed that:1) the production of the video reviews products of the sisal group website was www. otopchaam. com. The site was video information about sisal group products at Phetchaburi province. Also, video products review were total of 135 videos, moreover divided into three categories; 50 videos from bags, 45 videos from hats, 40 videos from shoes, and sundry goods. In addition to, 2) the satisfaction of the website in four aspects: usability, format content, design all aspects were a high level. Consequently that the production of the video reviews products of the sisal group website, it easier for users to understand detail resulted in a good response, and It has promoted for sisal group products.
