The purposes of this research were to study the customer level of satisfaction &#13;
on the services of the mobile phone’s repair service center Of iCare and Samsung in&#13;
Bangkok; and to determine factors affecting level of customer satisfaction on their&#13;
services. Conceptual framework was based on American Customer Satisfaction Index&#13;
model. &#13;
Stratified Random Sampling technique was applied to select 413 customers to&#13;
answer self-reported questionnaire. Data was analyzed by bivariate and regression&#13;
model analysis. &#13;
Research findings revealed that iCare customer satisfaction was significantly&#13;
higher than those of Samsung’s; and factors that remarkably affected level of customer&#13;
satisfaction on the mobile phone repair service centers’ services consisted of image,&#13;
expectation, perceived quality and perceived value. These results implied that loyal&#13;
customers will provide good feedback to the company and would continue to use the&#13;
service. They would also recommend other people to use it.

The purposes of this research were to comparing customer satisfaction toward&#13;
pr oduct s and ser vi ces  at Watsons shop and Boots shop in Nakhon Pathom;  and to&#13;
st udy the f act or s  that af f ect customer satisfaction toward products and services at&#13;
Watsons shop and Boots shop in Nakhon Pathom. Conceptual framework was based on&#13;
American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). &#13;
 Stratified r andom sampl i ng t echni que was applied to select 442 samplings&#13;
customers who purchased products and services at Watsons shop and Boots shop in&#13;
Nakhon Pathom Province to answer self-reported questionnaire. Data was analyzed by&#13;
bivariate analysis, and regression analysis.&#13;
 Research findings revealed that Watsons shop customer satisfaction were more&#13;
satisfied than Boots shop; and factors affecting the satisfaction were perceived image,&#13;
perceived quality, perceived value, and the expect at i ons . These results implied that&#13;
ser vi ce pr ovi der  shoul d f ocus  on the image, the property is clean, shop credibility&#13;
locations can be easily found and staffs are expert in product introduction to increase&#13;
customer satisfaction.

The purposes of this research were to compare customer Satisfaction; and to study&#13;
factors affecting customer satisfaction of Food Center Central Plaza Salaya and Tesco&#13;
Lotus Salaya in Nakhon Pathom Province. Conceptual framework was based on the&#13;
American Customer satisfaction Index.&#13;
The stratified random sampling technique was applied to select 426 customers of&#13;
Food Center Central Plaza Salaya and Tesco Lotus Salaya in Nakhon Pathom Province to&#13;
answer self-reported questionnaire. Data was analyzed by bivariate analysis and regression&#13;
analysis.&#13;
Research findings revealed that the customer's satisfied with service of Food&#13;
Center in Central Plaza Salaya and Tesco Lotus Salaya in Nakhon Pathom Province is&#13;
different statistically significant in general; Factors affecting the customer satisfaction were&#13;
valued, expectations and image of service at the statistical significance. Customer&#13;
satisfaction affects customer loyalty and customer complaints had statistically significant.&#13;
The Results could be interpreted that customer focus value of service expectations and&#13;
image, respectively. When customer uses the service, they feel that the price of food and&#13;
drink. It's suitable, clean and service worthwhile. With the money paid, that brings&#13;
satisfaction and affects loyalty and told people they know. And come back the next time.&#13;
That's why loyalty can show the image of good service.

The purposes of this research were to study the factors affecting the satisfaction&#13;
of using welfare loan services for government officials of the Government Savings Bank&#13;
and Krung Thai bank  (Public Company Limited) in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province; and to&#13;
assess satisfaction and make a comparison index of satisfaction of using welfare loan&#13;
services for government officials of the Government Savings Bank and Krung Thai bank&#13;
(Public Company Limited) in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. &#13;
Stratified random sampling technique was applied to select 473 from the&#13;
government officials who use the welfare loan services of the Government Savings bank&#13;
and Krung Thai bank (Public Company Limited) in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province to&#13;
answer self-reported questionnaire. Data was analyzed by bivariate analysis consisted of&#13;
t-test, F-test, and regression analysis. &#13;
The research found that  expectations, quality view, perceived values and image&#13;
had relationship to customer satisfaction who use the welfare loan services at statistical&#13;
significance and value perspective had most positive effect to customer satisfaction,&#13;
These results implied that if the bank wanted to increase the satisfaction of who use the&#13;
welfare loan services would focus on increasing value perception was important; and&#13;
government officials used welfare loan services had satisfied with the services of Krung&#13;
Thai bank (Public Company Limited) more than Government Savings Bank at statistical&#13;
significance.
