The objective of the studying is to find out the way for the development of Sathu Pradit area in Bangkok and to support many projects that will &#13;
happen in the future as a residence and commercial area for the most benefits. There is a study about physical, economic and social aspects of &#13;
the area which shows physical design to analyze problems about potency, limitation, and objections of this area&#13;
Sathu Pradit area is located inside of Bangkok. Nowadays, there is growing demand for residence which leads to the expansion of the city center &#13;
around this area. Sathu Pradit has an area next to Silom-Sathon zone which is a business area of Bangkok (CBD) and it causes that this area has high &#13;
potency. There are more many investments but the using of land in this area is not in accordance with the plan of current use of land.&#13;
From the study, the need of the area development to be compatible with the future development planning and a lot of projects is known. The &#13;
development will focus on the residential areas and environment for quality of life of people around inside and outside the area including the &#13;
importance of a human. Development of this area also maintains and preserves its original identity.

This research aims to study in physical, behavior social and economic of Hua Hin district, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. Approaches to commercial &#13;
developmental preservation in order to keep the Community identity. For development of urban sprawl population carrying and meet the demand &#13;
of people which in the area, also there are old communities, hotel and mainly commercial there are in this area. From data will be analyzed &#13;
evidence indicates that the problems issue of this area that comprise Government policy. For this reason, it is design guideline in physical area &#13;
convenient with this place and expansion support in the future The findings indicated that the commercial area are lactated at Petchkasem Road &#13;
such as Chatchai Market and Samor - Riang village it also has many in activities for tourist attraction but then indicates that the area disconnected &#13;
network and new activities occurrence is un-proper and the lacks of development in the same way some areas have a density of road network and &#13;
have very demanding to access. Either the link of pedestrian walkways is not enough, not full potential of this site. Includes lacks of open space and &#13;
parks within city.&#13;
By analysed potential and problem became a urban design guideline. The author suggests to Rehabilitations and development both sides of the &#13;
Petchkasem road to keep the identity of Hua-Hin. Chatchai market area is continue activity and link with the around, caused the connection of this &#13;
site from the Hua - Hin railway station to the Hua - Hin beach and create more activities to provide a better side of the pedestrian walkways and bicycle &#13;
networks. Include commercial zone rehabilitation in Samor-riang is has a pattern the activities proportion and keep at the ancient community and the &#13;
lifestyle of the people.

This thesis aims to study the physical features of the economic and social&#13;
areas of Minburi market, Bangkok and to propose guidelines for developing the physical&#13;
conditions of the area to be a suitable, livable, and qualified suburban community.&#13;
The primary database, the results of area survey, the secondary database from a&#13;
research study concepts, theory, and other supporting information were used to&#13;
analyze the problems and potentials of the area and to define the appropriate&#13;
guidelines for development.&#13;
The study showed that Minburi market is an important area of commercial,&#13;
public utilities, and public facilities. There are a large number of people using the area&#13;
to change the flow and connections to other areas of the city through various mass&#13;
transits such as pedestrian traffic, personal cars, and public buses. Moreover, it is a&#13;
major commercial area which is located close to several public places like government&#13;
offices, hospitals, and educational institutions. Many space activities occur in both&#13;
community level and city level. As it is also an area supporting the expansion from&#13;
Bangkok, new communities and housing zones are increasing. And in the near future,&#13;
Pink Line sky train and MTR are coming. Minburi is a midpoint between Suvanabhumi&#13;
International airport and Donmuang International airport. This makes it an important&#13;
economic drive. Therefore, Minburi plays important roles in residency, commercial,&#13;
services, and link between Suvanabhumi International airport and Donmuang&#13;
International airport.&#13;
The analysis of the problems and potentials of the area leads to the&#13;
physical design approach of suburban community center to accommodate the&#13;
expansion of the urban area in the heart of Bangkok and to be an interchange point&#13;
with the development to suburban areas. Minburi can be developed to accommodate&#13;
the growth in two roles; a Community Center and City of Angkor Park. The objective is&#13;
to create guidelines for planning, design, development, and rehabilitation so that&#13;
Minburi has utility within contemporary space which is consistent with its surrounding&#13;
context.

The project is to study how to develop Khlongsan area, which is influenced by&#13;
the distribution of the city such as Sathorn – Bangrak. This affects the area to have&#13;
more residencies and businesses. In addition, the development of many projects in&#13;
the future including Icon Siam, Restoration of the Area along the River, LRT Golden&#13;
Line, MRT Purple Line all makes the area interesting for research.&#13;
The existing area of Khlong Tonsai is high congestion and it is difficult to access&#13;
because of the rise of buildings and the population. Its buildings and landscapes are&#13;
dilapidated. Obviously, it is different from neighboring areas with development plans.&#13;
Moreover, the lack of green space in the public area of the district has made it is&#13;
necessary to study in order to design and develop this area.&#13;
Design of the land development plan using the trend of changing colors of land&#13;
from the past to the future has been taken into consideration. The future project also&#13;
has an effect on the area development which aims to design a connection between&#13;
the people of all ages with the public area of the district and the commercial area of&#13;
a leather road and vertical housing for its fullest potency.
