<title>The Community Product Development towards OTOP Premium of Herbs Community Enterprise Group, Nakorn Prathom Province</title>

The objectives of this research were: 1 )  to analyze the potential of herbal&#13;
community enterprises in Nakhon Pathom Province; 2 )  to identify problems in the&#13;
development of local products to become O-Top Premium of herbal community&#13;
enterprises in Nakhon Pathom Province; 3) to propose development guidelines. Local&#13;
products to become OTOP PREMIUM of herbal community enterprises in Nakhon&#13;
Pathom Province.&#13;
This research is a combined research method. The population quantitative&#13;
research consisted of 124 community enterprise management committee members.&#13;
Data were collected by questionnaires, and analyzed using basic statistical values such&#13;
as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. For qualitative research: Key&#13;
informants are government policy leaders on community enterprises and OTOP&#13;
product development, a total of 23 people, collected data using in-depth interviews.&#13;
The data were analyzed by thematic analysis.&#13;
The results showed that&#13;
1. The herbal community enterprise group in Nakhon Pathom Province had a&#13;
moderate level of overall potential;&#13;
2. the herbal community enterprise group in Nakhon Pathom province still had&#13;
problems in production. product development and packaging Environmentally friendly&#13;
production Finance and Accounting human resources, marketing, and creativity and&#13;
creating added value;&#13;
3. guidelines for developing local products to become OTOP premiums. Of the&#13;
herbal community enterprise group in Nakhon Pathom province, the relevant agencies, &#13;
both the government, the private sector, and the community enterprise group, must&#13;
integrate for development in seven key areas: production, product development and&#13;
packaging, environmentally friendly production, human resources management,&#13;
marketing, finance and accounting, and creativity and innovation.

This research had been had the 3 of objectives, as follow; 1) to study the knowledge management process in organic agricultural for the Ban Chanod Klongyong-Lantakfah, Lantakfah sub-district, Nakhonchaisi district, Nakhonpathom Province Community Enterprise 2) to study the problems and obstacles of the making of the strengthened community with the knowledge management in organic agricultural for the Ban Chanod-Lantakfah, Lantakfah sub-district, Nakhonchaisi district, Nakhonpathom Province Community Enterprise, and 3) to study the way of the making of the strengthened community with the knowledge management process in organic agricultural from the application of knowledge management concept. This research was studied from the knowledge management of Kucza and the strengthened community concept in the organic agricultural.&#13;
The research methodology of this research was the qualitative research which to be studied from the documents, concepts, the involved research, in-depth interview and participant observation. The patterns of this research were the Ethnographic Approach and Case Study Approach and to collect the data with the in-depth interview from the 15 of leaders and members of the Klongyong-Lantakfah Community Enterprise, the government officers and scholars.&#13;
The results of this research were showed that 1) the knowledge management process in organic agricultural of the Ban Chanod Klongyong-Lantakfah Community Enterprise consist of the (1) identification of need for knowledge - to specify the demand of knowledge and to emphasize the process of the organic agricultural as the main (2) knowledge pull - to select the experienced knowledge from the knowledge process, knowledge exchange and to frequently participate of the member in the community (3) knowledge push - the unofficial of the sharing the knowledge in every chance of the member in the community (4) creation of knowledge - to emphasize the development which was related with the fact and content of the community by the trial, the practicable (5) knowledge collection and storage - the community should develop to design something which was used to keep the knowledge 6) knowledge update - to emphasize the knowledge update currently and to develop the knowledge from the problems and demands. 2) Problems and obstacles of the strengthened community through on the knowledge management process in organic agricultural of the Ban Chanod Klongyong-Lantakfah Community Enterprise consist of the (1) the communication was not clear (2) some new knowledge was not related with the content of area and some regulation was made to add the capital of the production (3) without the support from the any organization absolutely (4) without the new generation in the agriculture (5) the knowledge management was not arranged systematically 3) The 5 of way for the making the strengthened community through on knowledge management process in organic agricultural, as follow; (1) to emphasize the solving the problems by themselves (2) to collect the data systematically (3) to give the chance to exchange the knowledge about learning and training (4) to make the innovative knowledge and (5) to arrange the knowledge market fair.
