Study of “Research-based development for supporting staffs RMUTR” is conducted as a qualitative research with the purpose of empowering the supporting staffs to have knowledge and skills in regards to developing their routine work in becoming a research project and integrating those works through research methodology. The samples used in this study include 39 supporting researchers who have been granted a research scholarship of the year 2014, 12 Head of Departments who are in charge of those researchers, 4 guest speakers and 3 Committees of the Universities. The methods used in this study include the interviews, observations, and questionnaires.&#13;
The analysis of individual information by using frequency distribution and percentage comparing knowledge and skills before and after the training using mean and standard deviation and analyzing  model for developing supporting staffs to have a knowledge and skills in conducting research projects by interviews and observation during the training.&#13;
The result of the research found that 1) the samples which are supporting staffs have a high satisfaction level towards the training under this project 2) the result of the analysis comparing the staffs’ knowledge and skills before and after the training shows that after the training, the staffs have gained a much higher knowledge and skills than before the training 3) the overall satisfaction level of towards the project as a whole is high and 4) the result of ‘Research-based development for supporting staffs RMUTR’ projects has a 33.5 percent rate of implementation within the prescribed date  i.e. 6 projects, and the duration of the other 11 projects are postponed which account for 64.7 percent.

<title>Development Model on Cultural Tourism for Nakornchaisri River</title>

A model development project of cultural tourism for the Nakornchaisri River which is a qualitative research was performed by a semi-structure interview method. An interview used as a tool to collect data was investigated with an Item Objective Conguence Index (IOC). A consistency between a questionnaire and objectives of the interview was examined by an expert. Data were mainly collected from the local elderly, proprietors, and people outside a community. The results have been shown as follows:&#13;
1. The Klong Mahasawas community is ready for the cultural tourism potentially based on the cultural attractions along the Klong Mahasawas and on the support, the history, and the management of the community.&#13;
2. The community operates and services round-trip longtail boats to tourists. Each longtail boat can load 4 - 6 tourists and costs 350 baht. The entrance fee to each attraction is 70 baht per person.&#13;
3. There are three options provided to the tourists to experience the cultural lifestyle; a round-trip boat tour, a one day one night tour, and a bicycle tour. For the round-trip boat tour, the tourists have a chance to visit seven attractions within three and a half hours and it costs 140 baht per person. For the one day one night tour, the tourists visit seven attractions and stay overnight in the homestay accommodation. Each one costs 640 baht. For the bicycle tour which takes approximately a day, tourists can rent a bicycle from local bicycle rental stores and ride it along the Klong Mahasawas.

This research aims to study a variety of indigenous plants for consumption and their cooking traditional based on local wisdoms of Lao Khrang in order to access to the database of available dishes and recipes. In addition, the research will lead to useful applications of natural resources that are available and to the development of knowledge about the conservation of natural resource, which is critical to maintain their culture and sustainable use of natural resource. The research was carried out in the manner of a participatory action research (PAR) between the researchers and key informants who are knowledgeable about indigenous plants in the Lao Khrang community such as the Lao Khrang’s housewives. These housewives are able to cook dishes with original taste from every indigenous plant. Results showed that 49 species of indigenous plants of Ban Tung Pak Good, Huay Duan Sub-District, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province, consumed as local wisdom food of Lao Khrang are found on the rice field or in the forest around the village. Some villagers plant in the backyard for convenience. These vegetable are eaten fresh or pickled. Boiled vegetable can be eaten with curry sauce or be a part of the recipe for other food, including soup or spicy salad. The research Objective is to Study cultural context and local museum&#13;
development of Laokhrang ethnic group, Tungphakkhoot, Dontoom District,&#13;
Nakhonpathom Province to be a lively learning centre by community cooperation.&#13;
There ore 4 groups of samples; 50 yeurs old origins, 30 years old,15 years old&#13;
teenagers, and the leaders in Laokhrang community totally 90 people. The research&#13;
methodclogies are document studying and field trip Voice recorder, camera, and&#13;
record form are used to collect the data The researah is analezed by theories and&#13;
presented in the descriptive analysis.&#13;
The study is found that Laokhrang museum was Organized by people in the&#13;
community. Tools and appliances in the past were donated for the museum. People&#13;
and local administrative in the community participated in money donation to build&#13;
the place for represent Laokhrang’s way of life, cultures, tradition, Belief, and&#13;
ceremony from the past to the present for people, stutdents, and interested ones.&#13;
The organizing is cooperated by local people, leaders and monks.&#13;
The local museum of Laokhrang ethnic group is the place for the local culture&#13;
studying with historical knowledge. Cultural information and conservative tourism are&#13;
provided for local teenagers making them proud of their culture and community.&#13;
The display of Laokhrang’s way of live was not well organized. There was no&#13;
information and details of tools and appliances, so this made guestions for interested&#13;
people After that, there was the renewal organizing by community, The study is&#13;
found that visitors can read and understand the information and details given&#13;
themselves.
