The purposes of this study were to investigate the risk management based on &#13;
good governance principle of the registered companies; to examine the investment&#13;
behaviors of investors; to explore the relationship between risk management based on&#13;
good governance principle of the registered companies and the investment in the Stock&#13;
Exchange of Thailand. &#13;
Mixed methods were used in this study. In quantitative term, the questionnaires&#13;
were distributed to 1863 persons. Analysis and conclusions were via canonical&#13;
correlation and path analysis. The in-depth interview in qualitative method was carried&#13;
out from 11 concerned investors. &#13;
The findings of research showed were that all aspects of the management were&#13;
at a moderate level. These were: the risk management following the good governance&#13;
principles; the investors’ behaviors which covered weakening behavior, pressuring&#13;
behavior, obstructing behavior, and defending behaviors and, the relationship between&#13;
risk management being in line with the good governance principles and the investment&#13;
behaviors of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

The objectives of this research were: 1 )  to analyze the potential of herbal&#13;
community enterprises in Nakhon Pathom Province; 2 )  to identify problems in the&#13;
development of local products to become O-Top Premium of herbal community&#13;
enterprises in Nakhon Pathom Province; 3) to propose development guidelines. Local&#13;
products to become OTOP PREMIUM of herbal community enterprises in Nakhon&#13;
Pathom Province.&#13;
This research is a combined research method. The population quantitative&#13;
research consisted of 124 community enterprise management committee members.&#13;
Data were collected by questionnaires, and analyzed using basic statistical values such&#13;
as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. For qualitative research: Key&#13;
informants are government policy leaders on community enterprises and OTOP&#13;
product development, a total of 23 people, collected data using in-depth interviews.&#13;
The data were analyzed by thematic analysis.&#13;
The results showed that&#13;
1. The herbal community enterprise group in Nakhon Pathom Province had a&#13;
moderate level of overall potential;&#13;
2. the herbal community enterprise group in Nakhon Pathom province still had&#13;
problems in production. product development and packaging Environmentally friendly&#13;
production Finance and Accounting human resources, marketing, and creativity and&#13;
creating added value;&#13;
3. guidelines for developing local products to become OTOP premiums. Of the&#13;
herbal community enterprise group in Nakhon Pathom province, the relevant agencies, &#13;
both the government, the private sector, and the community enterprise group, must&#13;
integrate for development in seven key areas: production, product development and&#13;
packaging, environmentally friendly production, human resources management,&#13;
marketing, finance and accounting, and creativity and innovation.

The purposes of this research were to study the customer level of satisfaction &#13;
on the services of the mobile phone’s repair service center Of iCare and Samsung in&#13;
Bangkok; and to determine factors affecting level of customer satisfaction on their&#13;
services. Conceptual framework was based on American Customer Satisfaction Index&#13;
model. &#13;
Stratified Random Sampling technique was applied to select 413 customers to&#13;
answer self-reported questionnaire. Data was analyzed by bivariate and regression&#13;
model analysis. &#13;
Research findings revealed that iCare customer satisfaction was significantly&#13;
higher than those of Samsung’s; and factors that remarkably affected level of customer&#13;
satisfaction on the mobile phone repair service centers’ services consisted of image,&#13;
expectation, perceived quality and perceived value. These results implied that loyal&#13;
customers will provide good feedback to the company and would continue to use the&#13;
service. They would also recommend other people to use it.

The purposes of this research were to comparing customer satisfaction toward&#13;
pr oduct s and ser vi ces  at Watsons shop and Boots shop in Nakhon Pathom;  and to&#13;
st udy the f act or s  that af f ect customer satisfaction toward products and services at&#13;
Watsons shop and Boots shop in Nakhon Pathom. Conceptual framework was based on&#13;
American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). &#13;
 Stratified r andom sampl i ng t echni que was applied to select 442 samplings&#13;
customers who purchased products and services at Watsons shop and Boots shop in&#13;
Nakhon Pathom Province to answer self-reported questionnaire. Data was analyzed by&#13;
bivariate analysis, and regression analysis.&#13;
 Research findings revealed that Watsons shop customer satisfaction were more&#13;
satisfied than Boots shop; and factors affecting the satisfaction were perceived image,&#13;
perceived quality, perceived value, and the expect at i ons . These results implied that&#13;
ser vi ce pr ovi der  shoul d f ocus  on the image, the property is clean, shop credibility&#13;
locations can be easily found and staffs are expert in product introduction to increase&#13;
customer satisfaction.
