<title>Digital Reform Strategy of the Internet Medical Industry: A Case of ZY Medical Group's Three-Terminal Channel</title>
<link>http://localhost:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/1684</link>
<description>Digital Reform Strategy of the Internet Medical Industry: A Case of ZY Medical Group's Three-Terminal Channel
Liu, Yang; Phakdeephirot, Nutteera
The rapid evolution of digital technologies such as cloud computing, artificial &#13;
intelligence (AI), big data analytics, and mobile applications has fundamentally&#13;
reshaped the global healthcare industry. Internet medical service platforms have&#13;
become powerful tools for improving accessibility, reducing medical system burdens,&#13;
and enabling precision healthcare. This research analyzes the digital reform strategy of&#13;
ZY Medical Group, a leading Chinese digital healthcare enterprise, focusing on its&#13;
“Three-Terminal Channel” model composed of: (1) the Patient Terminal, (2) the&#13;
Physician Terminal, and (3) the Institutional Terminal. This triadic structure aims to&#13;
create an integrated healthcare ecosystem that enhances efficiency, reduces&#13;
fragmentation, and supports coordinated service delivery. &#13;
This study conducts an extensive literature review, conceptual framework&#13;
construction, and comparative industry analysis. Findings indicate that ZY Medical&#13;
Group’s multi-terminal strategy achieves significant improvements in user&#13;
accessibility, operational efficiency, physician workflow optimization, and institutional&#13;
collaboration. However, challenges remain in interoperability, data governance, and&#13;
scaling across regional regulatory variations. This research contributes to the&#13;
understanding of platform-based digital transformation and proposes recommendations&#13;
for enterprises, regulators, and healthcare institutions for future digital reform.

<title>Research on the Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Travel Consumption Behavior of College Students in Qujing</title>
<link>http://localhost:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/26</link>
<description>Research on the Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Travel Consumption Behavior of College Students in Qujing
Yu, Yue; Phakdeephirot, Nutteera
The objectives of this research were (1) to investigate the relationship between &#13;
social media usage and academic performance among college students, (2) to explore&#13;
the role of procrastination in this relationship, and (3) to identify strategies that can&#13;
mitigate the negative effects of social media on academic outcomes. This quantitative&#13;
research employed a cross-sectional survey design with a convenience sample of 300&#13;
college students from various academic disciplines. Data were collected using a selfadministered&#13;
questionnaire that included measures of social media usage, academic&#13;
performance, and procrastination behavior. The data analysis involved descriptive&#13;
statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression techniques. &#13;
Major Findings/Results: (1) on the relationship between social media usage and&#13;
academic performance, the research revealed a significant negative correlation,&#13;
indicating that increased time spent on social media is associated with lower academic&#13;
performance; (2) on the role of procrastination, the results showed that procrastination&#13;
fully mediated the relationship between social media usage and academic performance,&#13;
suggesting that the tendency to procrastinate exacerbates the negative impact of social&#13;
media on grades; and (3) on strategies for mitigating negative effects, the study&#13;
identified time management skills, self-regulation, and awareness of the consequences&#13;
of excessive social media use as key factors that can help students balance their online&#13;
activities with academic responsibilities.

<title>Research on the impact of consumers’ product knowledge and environmental awareness on consumers' perceived value</title>
<link>http://localhost:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/25</link>
<description>Research on the impact of consumers’ product knowledge and environmental awareness on consumers' perceived value
Ye, Yongzhen; Jotikasthira, Nuttapong
In this paper, we explore whether green marketing can effectively enhance consumers'&#13;
perceived value. We also analyze how product knowledge and environmental awareness enhance&#13;
the role of green marketing behavior on consumers' perceived value. Through online and offline&#13;
questionnaire surveys, combined with SPSS for empirical analysis, we find that for consumers&#13;
who have a better understanding of product knowledge, can obtain stronger consumer perceived&#13;
value through green marketing behavior, because such consumers know what products they need&#13;
and what green products can meet their green consumption needs. On the other hand, for&#13;
consumers with stronger environmental awareness, obtain stronger consumer perceived value&#13;
through green marketing. This is because consumers prefer to consume green products to meet&#13;
their own consumption effectiveness and maximize their own consumption effectiveness.

<title>The Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Distance Learners' Online Learning</title>
<link>http://localhost:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/24</link>
<description>The Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Distance Learners' Online Learning
Xu, Yao; Phakdeephirot, Nutteera
The objectives of this research/study were1.This paper takes Chinese distance learners as&#13;
the object of investigation, combined with the previous research hypothesis, determines the&#13;
measurement dimension of the influence factors of distance learners' online learning.2. This&#13;
study adopts the method of random sampling, questionnaires are randomly distributed to&#13;
learners who use online education, and data are obtained through research to help more distance&#13;
learners improve their learning quality。 &#13;
Mixed research methods are used in this examination, consisting of quantitative and&#13;
qualitative methodologies. The questionnaire includes two parts: part one is the basic&#13;
information of the respondents, including gender, age, occupation, the purpose of online&#13;
learning, the form of online learning, daily duration, monthly frequency, 7 questions; the&#13;
second part includes online learning, learning, learning attitude, learning motivation, learning&#13;
adaptability, mental health, teacher knowledge and attitude, classroom interaction, curriculum&#13;
structure, and network environment, a total of 33 questions. Chinese distance learners were&#13;
selected as the targeted population, 448 questionnaires were distributed in the Questionnaire&#13;
Stars platform, and a total of 416 questionnaires were received. Descriptive data analysis,&#13;
reliability test, validity test, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model&#13;
analysis to explain quantitative data. &#13;
Major findings/results: 1. According to the influence factor model of online learning&#13;
proposed in this study, six variables, namely, learning attitude, learning motivation, learning&#13;
adaptability, mental health, teacher knowledge and attitude, and classroom interaction have a&#13;
direct positive impact on distance learners' online learning. 2. Under the constructivist learning&#13;
theory, combined with the characteristics of online learners and online courses, the following&#13;
strategies are proposed from the perspectives of learners, teachers' literacy, and curriculum&#13;
interaction: 1) Change learners' concept of online learning and improve core competitiveness,&#13;
2) Cultivate professional learning interest and correct learning attitude, 3) Strengthen&#13;
purposeful education and improve learning drive, 4) Make daily study plans and maintain good&#13;
study habits, 5) Mental health of learners, 6) Constantly promote and carry out teaching reform&#13;
and change the teaching concept of teachers, 7) Improve teachers' informatization ability and&#13;
encourage them to learn instruction technology, 8) Improve enthusiasm and initiative.
