A research on the Ravana Khon mask has a purposes to 1) study the history and &#13;
variations of the Ravana mask; 2) the creation of Ravana Mask to match the character in Ramakien&#13;
by king Rama I of Thailand; 3) construct an educational presentation for secondary school and&#13;
vocational education in visual arts&#13;
The research process was divided into 4 steps as follows: 1) ideation and research &#13;
2)  the creating the art education thesis project and instructional media; 3) analyzing and&#13;
summarizing the results; and 4) presenting the creative work and instructional media.&#13;
The research found that  &#13;
1) The study of concepts, inspirations, and theories related to motherhood found that,&#13;
Ravana has these characteristics: Green orc face, grinning mouth, wide eyes, crescent tusk 3 tiered&#13;
crown with 10 faces&#13;
2) The result of the creating the art education thesis project as the creation of Ravana&#13;
Khon mask, using the technique of Ten Essential Traditional, Green orc face, grinning mouth, wide&#13;
eyes, crescent tusk 3 tiered crown with 10 faces&#13;
3) The produced educational material has been made into the form of descriptive&#13;
pictures of the steps taken in order to create a Khon mask, with explanations of the makings,&#13;
especially in the painting of the mask to reinforce the learning of cultural fine arts in the context&#13;
of Khon masks.

<title>THE CREAION OF A KAMMALOR PAINTING TECHNIQUES “WUA LAN”</title>

<summary type="text">THE CREAION OF A KAMMALOR PAINTING TECHNIQUES “WUA LAN”
KHOMMOOL, KETKANOK
The objectives of this research were: 1) To study the history and background of the Buffalo&#13;
Racing Festival (Wua Lan) and the Kamalor painting technique; 2) To create a Thai traditional&#13;
painting based on the Wua Lan festival using the Kamalor technique; and 3) To design and produce&#13;
a Canva-based instructional media for teaching visual arts on the topic Surface Preparation for&#13;
Kamalor Painting Technique for upper secondary and vocational students.The findings revealed&#13;
that:&#13;
 The research process consisted of 4 stages: &#13;
1) Studying, researching, and collecting information.&#13;
2) Creating the art thesis work and developing the instructional media.&#13;
3) Analysis and Summary of the Research Results.&#13;
4) Presenting the art thesis works and instructional media for use in teaching upper  &#13;
secondary and vocational students.&#13;
 The results of the study revealed that: &#13;
  1)  The study of the Wua Lan festival contributed to the preservation and&#13;
promotion of local cultural heritage and could be applied in the development of instructional&#13;
media for secondary and vocational education. &#13;
2) The art thesis titled Wua Lan consisted of two Thai traditional &#13;
paintings created with the Kamalor technique on plywood: &#13;
 2.1) The Buffalo Racing of Phetchaburi 1 (55 × 95 cm).&#13;
 2.2) The Buffalo Racing of Phetchaburi 2 (60 × 100 cm) &#13;
Both artworks depict the lively atmosphere and the preservation of the Wua &#13;
Lan tradition of Phetchaburi Province. The compositions were created based on visual art principles&#13;
and executed using the Kamalor technique with acrylic paint instead of traditional powder color. &#13;
3) The instructional media on the topic Wua Lan Tradition with Kamalor Technique &#13;
was designed to support art education and to be used as supplementary teaching material in the&#13;
lesson Mixed Media Painting for upper secondary and vocational students.
